1. Principle/Owner CNIC (Copy)
2. Domain registration request on school letterhead. (Original)
3. Institute registration certificate from govt or registrar authority. (Copy)
4. Sign/Stamp must be same on all documents as per CNIC.

After verification of scan documents we request you to send us original documents as hard copies which you will send to our postal address.
