Enable Multiple Windows RDP Sessions
- Log into the server, where the Remote Desktop Services are installed.
- Open the start screen (press the Windows key) and type gpedit.msc and open it.
- Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections.
- Set Restrict Remote Desktop Services user to a single Remote Desktop Services session to Disabled.
- Double click Limit number of connections and set the RD Maximum Connections allowed to 999999.
Disable Multiple Windows RDP Sessions

- Set Restrict Remote Desktop Services user to a single Remote Desktop Services session to Enabled.
Give Newly Added User a RDP Remote Access

Goto Control Panel\System and Security\System Or My Computer Properties.

Click Remote Setting From left bar.

In the Select users pane, click Add a user account. The Add a User Account Wizard appears.

Type Username in the Object Names textarea.
- Click on Check Names button and click OK to add and Apply.
Allowing more than 2 Remote Desktop sessions
1. Open up 'Server manager'
2. On the “Manage” menu, click “Add roles and Features”
3. Follow the steps presented and choose for "Role-based or feature-based installation"
On the "Server Roles" select "Remote Desktop Service" and click next.
4. Check the Remote Desktop Connection Broker and Remote Desktop Session Host check-boxes, and click ‘Next’.
5. Select “Restart the destination server automatically if required” in the last step and hit ‘Install’. It will take some time to complete the installation, and the server may require a few reboots.
